Compensation

$21.00 to $23.00 hourly at 670 W McCorquedale Rd, Burlington, Washington 98233. Mechanical Express Specialist pay range: $27.00 - $35.00.

As a Mechanic Express Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repairs to keep U‑Haul’s fleet performing to high standards. The role offers benefits and career advancement opportunities.

• Repair equipment using appropriate tools to conform to U‑Haul standards.
• Follow work‑order directions effectively.
• Perform work in a timely manner.
• Determine causes of operating errors and decide appropriate actions.
• Communicate issues clearly and professionally in positive or negative situations.

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or chemicals. Protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.

Requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs (assisted or unassisted).
