Maintenance Associate (Plant Operations)

As the Maintenance Associate at Creekside, you are responsible for ensuring that the community is attractive, well‑maintained, and safe for our residents and staff.

• Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
• Experience in maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and building
• Knowledge of fire and safety regulations
• Ability to work with outside vendors and monitor their work
• Experience in safe electrical and plumbing repair
• Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving, and decision‑making skills
• Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

• Make a significant contribution to the quality of life for residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
• Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
• Willing and able to adapt to changing demands of the maintenance department and fulfill any job that is required
• Available and on call for emergencies day and night
• Responsible for preventive maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings and equipment
• Make repairs in occupied apartments, as well as repaint and shampoo carpets in turnover units
• Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

• Food Workers Card
• CPR + First Aid Certification

$17.13 - $19.13/hour — Depending on experience

• Part Time
  • 3 Shifts weekly as Maintenance Associate
  • Weekend Availability Required
• Full Time
  • 3 shifts Maintenance Associate + 2 shifts Housekeeping Associate
  • Weekend Availability Required
