Wage: $19.14 per hour; premium $1.00 per hour for night shift (22:00-06:00)

Job DescriptionAs a member of the VIP hospitality team, you oversee our guests’ journey on the property while coordinating with the account development team on trip planning. You have a passion for customer care and delivering premium, personalised service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Make decisions within established compensation and expense guidelines.
- Handle situations in a calm, professional, and prudent manner.
- Maintain a close connection with customers to encourage loyalty.
- Anticipate and meet or exceed guests’ needs.
- Identify service challenges and act immediately to resolve them.
- Comply with all applicable regulations, laws, and policies.
- Operate with the highest levels of integrity and honesty.
- Increase efficiencies and identify ways to improve guest experiences.
- Stay informed about all events and opportunities in the market.
- Minimum two years’ experience in guest services or hospitality.
- Independent thinker who maximises customer service experiences and profitability.
- Natural leader capable of directing and supervising staff.
- Relationship‑builder who encourages open communication and collaboration.
- Time‑management savvy, expert multitasker, and thrives in the service industry.
- Ability to manage issues and empower a team to excel.
