Location: Burnaby, British Columbia

Wage: $19.14 per hour; premium $1.00 per hour for night shift (22:00-06:00)

Job type: Casual; full‑time employees receive a full benefits package

As a member of the VIP hospitality team, you oversee our guests’ journey on the property while coordinating with the account development team on trip planning. You have a passion for customer care and delivering premium, personalised service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

• Make decisions within established compensation and expense guidelines.

• Maintain a close connection with customers to encourage loyalty.
• Anticipate and meet or exceed guests’ needs.
• Identify service challenges and act immediately to resolve them.

• Increase efficiencies and identify ways to improve guest experiences.
• Stay informed about all events and opportunities in the market.

• Minimum two years’ experience in guest services or hospitality.
