Salary Range: $55, to $65, per year

White Spot managers operate high volume restaurants that are open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and that generally have a total team of between 50 and . As an Assistant General Manager, you are the General Manager’s “right hand,” with huge opportunity to make a difference.
In addition to day-to-day shift management, Managers are responsible for:
Hiring and training team membersCreating a positive welcoming environment for their teamMaintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safetyDemonstrating a “guest first” approach alwaysDeveloping and meeting financial plansCoordinating in-store promotionsPromoting their restaurant in the local marketJob Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant managerPassion for service and commitment to qualityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statementsA proven record of training and developing a teamA thorough understanding of Food Safe and Work Safe requirementsHigh energy and a winning attitudeCommitment to continuous learning and improvementOur benefits include:
