Xcel Energy's Black Dog Generating Plant in Burnsville, MN is seeking General Plant Helpers. This entry-level role includes cleaning, monitoring plant equipment, general maintenance, snow removal, grounds keeping, and learning mechanical maintenance skills through on-the-job training.
You may be trained to operate plant equipment and pursue state boiler license certification as directed. Promotion into Operations or Maintenance is possible, with rotating shifts and overtime as required.
