Senior Staff Accountant

We re partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join its growing finance team. This role offers the opportunity to own key areas of the monthly close process, support financial reporting across multiple entities, and contribute to budgeting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.
• Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset records, capital expenditure tracking, and related accounting schedules.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and support multi-entity accounting operations.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and ad hoc analysis.
• Prepare audit support schedules and assist with external audit requests.
• Partner with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to address financial reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• CPA or CPA-track preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.
