Fall 2026 R&D Co-op – Equipment Development What you will enjoy doing*
- In this role you will report to the Global F&B Applications– Foodand Beverage Applications Technology Team
- You will play a key role in supporting all the local regions with support for existing food & beverage equipment and designingnew equipment to meet market needs
- Under the guidance of your manager, you will be assigned to aproject where you will partner with other engineers, technicians and / or operations leaders to move projects forward
- You will utilize a variety of plant equipment and assess data tomake process recommendations
- During your internship experience, you will complete training on safety, process and equipment
- You will have an opportunity to present your findings to a cross functional leadership team
- Act as a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
- You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’sor Master’s program in one of the following fields:
Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering - You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and present information clearly
- Demonstrated personal accountability and a history of strong academic or professional achievement
- Proficiency in advanced data analytics, with the ability to work with complex datasets
- Minimum GPA of 3.25 is required
- Experience working with Cryogenics and Industrial Gases is preferred, along with industrial experience in Food and Beverage
- Experience with heat transfer, data collection and machine design is a plus

This role is a 40 hour/wk Co-op experience for a local student to work on-site at our Burr Ridge, IL location.
