- You will provide strategic and technical leadership for Process Safety Management and Risk Management Program initiatives
- You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Business Leadership to identify, assess, and mitigate process safety risks
- Drive a culture of operational excellence, continuous learning, and regulatory compliance
- You will maintain alignment with corporate process safety goals and assist personnel with compliance interpretation
- Champion and promote a strong process safety culture with urgency and integrity
- You will prepare and deliver presentations, documentation, and reports on process safety activities to senior management
- Track and report process safety indicators, metrics, action plans, and recommendations
- Identify process safety improvement opportunities and recommend new tools and work process enhancements
- You will ensure development, review, and update of process safety procedures, engineering standards, and guidelines
- Lead integration of process safety deliverables in project execution and management of change
- You will oversee hazard identification and risk assessment procedures including Process Hazard Analysis, Layers of Protection

- You have a bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience with OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk Management Program covered processes
- You have at least 5 years conducting Process Hazard Analyses and facilitating incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Strong knowledge of risk-based process safety, management of change, mechanical integrity, and recognized good engineering practices
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and PHA Works software
- Experience with Six Sigma techniques and managing teams
- You are detail-oriented with perseverance and adaptability to changing situations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and build productive relationships in a matrix organization
- Willingness to travel regularly to various facilities and offices
