- You will provide cost-effective engineering designs and specifications for filling plants and special gases operations across multiple global regions
- Develop and implement automation technologies to enhance productivity and safety aligned with Plant of the Future initiatives
- Define, develop, and standardize new and existing product lines for regional replication
- Lead and provide functional guidance to aglobal team of segment engineers and technical managers
- Share best practices and deliver training on special gases filling principles, fuel-oxidiser mixtures, and assessments across regions
- You will be expected to lead harmonization activities and cross-regional teams focused on dry ice production,recovery, and laboratory automation
- Specify equipment engineering requirements and support regional projects including process improvements and major facility upgrades
- Provide engineering expertise for newplant installations and filling systems, ensuring safety, service, andcost objectives are met
- You will coordinate global communication channels to foster best practice sharing and collaboration among engineers
- Perform technical reviews such as hazardand operability studies for new and existing plants
- You will drive development and implementation of state-of-the-art filling technologies and harmonized standards in collaboration with safety and center of excellence teams
- Develop solutions to reduce gas losses and improve operational efficiency
- You have extensive experience(approximately 10 years) in Packaged Gas Products operations with deep engineering knowledge
- Strong project management skills andability to deliver results within a complex global operating model
- You hold a degree in engineering and membership in a relevant professional body
- Demonstrated leadership aligned with organizational vision and values, including visible leadership and achievement orientation
- Excellent communication skills across alllevels, with ability to influence and build partnerships globally
- You have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to address complex operational and process challenges
- Cultural awareness and adaptability towork effectively across diverse regions and teams
- In-depth knowledge of safety programs,policies, and regulations relevant to industrial gas operations
- You have experience or familiarity with robotics automation and control systems is advantageous
