Senior Financial Analyst

Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Schedule; standard 8–5 schedule

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who specializes in the Healthcare field to support key finance functions including month-end close, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analytics. This role offers exposure to high‑visibility financial metrics and collaboration across multiple departments.

This position is ideal for a candidate who is analytical, detail-oriented, proactive in asking clarifying questions, and experienced in healthcare financial operations.

• Execute full month-end close responsibilities
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain and update the Board Index, covering:
  • Financial performance
  • Operational metrics
  • Workforce metrics
  • Patient quality & safety

• Partner with departments during budget season to set realistic financial targets
• Provide data analytics to support financial planning processes.

• Work cross-functionally with various teams to gather insights and validate financial data
• Participate in both routine and ad hoc financial projects as needed

• Advanced proficiency in:
  • Financial modeling
  • Budgeting & forecasting
  • Data analytics
• Healthcare industry experience (required)
• Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, macros (advanced level)
• Strong listener with the ability to follow instructions, take notes, and ask questions when needed
• Experience with industry-specific terminology and workflows
