• FOCUS 1:
  Support the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment.
• FOCUS 2:
  Attend to food and beverage services and spa guest and member needs.
• Maintain knowledge of all spa/salon positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the Kohler resort and surrounding Village of Kohler.
• Work with all spa associates to ensure client comfort and satisfaction; strive to exceed client expectations.

• Attend to women’s or men’s Respite Room (same gender as associate) to maintain order, cleanliness and amenities; replenish clean towel supply throughout the facility.
• Perform rounds of the facility to ensure neatness and order.
• Attend to the Reception Desk in the lower level to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers.
• Understand basic RIO system operations for view-only purposes, communicating service times and availability to guests.
• Gather used linens from treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by The American Club laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms.
• Assist spa technicians with cleaning of baths between client treatments.
• Support maintenance staff with daily readings/testing of water in the Spa Relaxation Pool; maintain neatness around the pool lounge area.
• Advise Spa Hostess on food and beverage replenishment during the day.
• Assist Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements (e.g., signage and message boards).
• Know and understand The American Club resort property and its businesses to provide information for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring as needed.
• Keep spa technicians informed – do not assume anything.
• Inform Supervisor if additional staff is needed.
• Know and perform proper opening/closing procedures related to this position (refer to opening and closing checklist).
• Provide food and beverage support and delivery of lunches, as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer service for all spa guests; greet people immediately upon arrival.
• Know what services are offered and the approximate time for each service; understand what each technician performs.
• Be well groomed, courteous, professional and friendly.
• Know the proper procedures for emergency situations.
• Complete an on-site certified CPR training course facilitated by Sports Core Fitness Trainers.

• Minimum of high school diploma.
• Prior computer and/or facility maintenance experience helpful; customer service related experience required.

The hourly range for this position is $10.40 - $15.60 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered may be influenced by experience, education, and work location.
