Senior Digital Analyst

The Senior Digital Analyst plays a key role in delivering actionable insights that improve e-commerce performance, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness. This role reports to Digital Analytics leadership and partners closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Technology to analyze customer behavior, measure digital performance, and translate data into clear business recommendations.

This person will own recurring reporting, support deeper ad-hoc analyses, help shape measurement approaches for testing and optimization, and contribute to analytics implementation requirements. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with business curiosity, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and can communicate complex findings in a simple, decision-oriented way.

• Analyze digital performance, customer behavior, and historical trends to uncover actionable insights that improve conversion, customer experience, and revenue.
• Build, maintain, and enhance recurring dashboards and KPI reporting that support daily, weekly, and seasonal business decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Technology to answer business questions through structured analysis and clear recommendations.
• Support A/B testing and optimization efforts by helping define measurement plans, analyzing test results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Review on-site behavior across the purchase funnel and identify friction points, opportunities, and trends.
• Translate large and complex data sets into concise, executive-friendly stories and recommendations.
• Help define reporting requirements and tagging needs in partnership with business and technical teams to improve measurement quality and usability.
• Provide analytics support during key promotional and holiday periods to inform timely decision-making in high-volume business moments.
