Overview
The Planning and Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily operations, coordinating vendor communication, purchase order management, timely communication and data management that supports the Planning, Analytics and Supply Chain Team
- Assist with purchasing tasks and maintaining organized, impeccably accurate records related to all inventory management.
- Manage and monitor the status of inbound shipments as well as internal warehouse allocations
- Purchase Order creation and management including development of tracking process
- Drop-Ship Go Live management and reporting
- Support Allocation Planner in achieving timely in-stock positions for Hard Orders
- Facilitates relationships with vendors regarding order management
- Responds to inquiries and requests from internal and external partners
- Runs reports and data-pulls as needed to support merchandise planning
- Supports team’s continuous improvement projects
- Bachelors' degree in relevant field preferred
- Financial and analytical aptitude
- Interacts professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective verbal and written communication and strong listening skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability
- Strong Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills with solid proficiency in Excel
- comfortable working with numbers.
- Ability to embrace/maneuver change with a positive attitude
- Learns continuously from planners and senior planners, asks questions openly, shares insights
- Teamwork mindset
- Desire to continuously learn inventory best practices and activities & continuous development
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated time management skills through course work and extracurricular activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to start as soon as possible following offer acceptance.
