Ecommerce Coordinator

A well-established luxury fashion brand is looking to add a E-Commerce Coordinator to its growing team to support its third-party marketplace business.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and collaborative professional interested in product data, digital merchandising, and online retail. You ll help manage marketplace catalogs, maintain product and inventory accuracy, support merchandising initiatives, and contribute to the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced e-commerce team.

• Maintain and update product listings across third-party marketplaces, including pricing, descriptions, imagery, sizing, and product attributes.
• Manage product data, inventory, and SKU information using Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace templates.
• Prepare product feeds and bulk uploads while ensuring catalog accuracy and marketplace compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and resolve product, pricing, and listing discrepancies.
• Support marketplace merchandising, seasonal launches, promotions, and content updates.
• Track marketplace performance and prepare reports on catalog health, inventory, and key metrics.
• Partner with merchandising, marketing, customer service, and operations to support day-to-day e-commerce initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, sorting, and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large amounts of product and inventory data.

• Experience supporting e-commerce, marketplace operations, product data, catalog management, or digital merchandising.
• Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Interest in fashion, luxury retail, or digital merchandising.
