• You will lead growth of industrial gas sales across combustion and mining markets, including mineral processing, metallurgy, mine safety systems, and thermal processing operations
• Develop and execute a growth strategy that aligns customer needs with Linde's products and services to deliver measurable value
• Build strategic partnerships to expand market access and promote the benefits of industrial gases, including improved efficiency, reduced emissions, enhanced safety, and higher productivity
• Research and analyze target markets, industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, and adjust strategies to stay competitive
• Develop clear value propositions focused on combustion optimization, process efficiency, emissions control, and mining safety and productivity improvements
• Drive lead generation, track key projects, and lead technology deployments and market initiatives across combustion and mining segments
• Create and manage marketing plans, sales tools, and collateral, including case studies, trade show participation, and customer analysis tools
• Build relationships with key customers and collaborate with internal teams while serving as the subject matter expert for combustion and mining applications in the U.S.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field required; MBA preferred
• More than ten (10+) years of experience in technology, marketing, or technical sales
• More than five (5+) years of experience in combustion systems, mining, minerals processing, or related industrial gas applications
• Proven success selling engineered solutions to combustion-intensive or mining customers
• You have experience working with OEMs, EPC firms, or engineering companies
• Knowledge of the bulk industrial gas business is a plus
• Ability to travel more than 50% is required for this role
• Strong skills in sales strategy, market planning, technical applications, and cross-functional collaboration
