Account Manager in School Signage Industry

Position:
Account Manager

Job Summary:

As an Account Manager in the School Signage Industry, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with schools and educational institutions. Your primary goal will be to understand their signage needs, provide them with tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality signage products and services that meet the unique requirements of each school.

This role requires excellent communication, sales, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
  • Understand the signage needs of each school and provide customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to create signage proposals and prototypes.
  • Present and demonstrate signage products and services to school administrators and decision‑makers.
  • Coordinate with the graphic design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of signage.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that all client requirements are met.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to schools, addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies in school signage.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the school signage industry and its unique requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in project management, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Negotiation and sales skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events as required.
