Entry Level Market Development Consultant

Full-Time | In-Person Position

At The Catalyst Corporation, we specialize in face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns that help nationally recognized brands connect directly with consumers. We’re currently looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our growing team as an Entry Level Direct Marketing Representative.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants hands‑on experience in sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership development. No previous experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.

• Engage directly with customers in retail and event‑based environments
• Represent client brands professionally through live promotional campaigns
• Educate consumers on current products, services, and promotional offers
• Build positive customer relationships through strong communication and service
• Assist with lead generation and customer acquisition efforts
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to help achieve campaign goals
• Develop leadership, communication, and business development skills through daily training

• Customer service, retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required
