Perma-Seal is hiring an experienced Spray Foam Crew Chief to lead and work alongside a residential insulation crew. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with strong experience in spray foam and blown‑in insulation who can lead a team, manage job sites, and ensure high‑quality installations. WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead and supervise an attic insulation crew on residential job sites
- Perform hands‑on installation of spray foam and blown‑in insulation
- Direct crew workflow, productivity, and job site safety
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards, manufacturer specs, and local codes
- Train, mentor, and hold crew members accountable for performance and workmanship
