Standard Solutions Maintenance Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floater Cleaning Specialist to join our evening team. This is a part-time role covering 15–25 hours per week, with a focus on providing cleaning support at various client locations in the Fenton and Grand Blanc areas. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in a job well done, and thrives in a flexible and fast-paced environment.

• Fill in for absent cleaners and assist with coverage based on company needs
• Perform janitorial duties including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and sanitizing restrooms
• Maintain cleaning standards in offices, medical facilities, retail, and commercial locations
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and ensure all tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and report any issues or supply needs

• Must be available to work evenings
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to travel between multiple job sites in Fenton and Grand Blanc
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required — we provide training!
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
