Daytime Traveling Custodian Position – NW Michigan Area

Our ideal candidate will:

Live between Cadillac & Traverse City.

Have a clean driving record and be able to pass a motor vehicle record check. Be willing to drive in winter, spring, summer and fall, as travel will average up to 400 miles per week using a company vehicle.

This position is a full-time position with a flexible day time schedule, pay is $16.00/hour.

We need a reliable, dependable, and detail-orientated worker. Must be physically capable of bending, climbing stairs, reaching, pushing/pulling, lifting, using ladders, wearing backpack vacuum, etc.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age with valid driver’s license.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Be positive and enthusiastic.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain a healthy and clean environment using approved methods, chemicals & tools.
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash
• Operate floor equipment such as vacuums.
• General cleaning of floors, furniture, windows, windowsills, and walls
• Stocking and cleaning of restrooms, break rooms & janitor closets
• Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
