Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At Res Med, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $92,000 to $13,000

* The primary role of the Facilities Management function is to efficiently manage the operation of Res Med’s facilities to minimize operational and life cycle costs. Key deliverables include providing safe, effective, efficient and responsive services to all areas of the business, covering facility, production and IT services. Providing asset and maintenance management of mechanical, electronic and software based technological systems required to manage and monitor buildings, plant and equipment or provide services to staff, visitors and contractors.

* Carries out own duties and demonstrates ability to manage contractors in accordance with Res Med policies and procedures including OH&S, EMS and QMS compliance.
* Keeps accurate and up to date records that meet required standards.

* Manages own workload to ensure delivery of results according to customer expectations and SLAs.
