Job Summary
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations and people leadership at our headquarters, with oversight for additional Southern California locations. This role ensures the facilities are safe, functional, well‑maintained, and financially controlled, while freeing other Facilities leaders to focus on strategy.
Responsibilities- Facilities Operations & Readiness – Own daily operations at HQ, maintain cleanliness and safety in work spaces, support additional SC locations, perform site walks, troubleshoot and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance, support events and activations through space setup.
- People Leadership & Team Management – Directly manage Facilities staff across HQ and SC locations, provide leadership, scheduling, coaching, and accountability.
- Budget, Administration & Financial Management – Own billing, invoicing, expense reconciliation, budget tracking, vendor invoice review, and reporting. Support CAPEX planning.
- Vendors, Compliance & Planning – Source and manage vendors, maintain permits, monitor compliance, forecast maintenance needs, and keep documentation.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Partner with Security, Enterprise IT, HR and other stakeholders to support a safe, efficient workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of facilities management or workplace operations experience.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong leadership and composure under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Working knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and facilities operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
The role requires willingness to travel during holidays, evenings, and weekends. Employees may work in open‑concept office space, tolerate loud noise and temperature extremes at event locations, lift up to 50lbs, and access rooftops or mechanical rooms.

Salary Range: $75000–$90000 per year.
