Howard Building Maintenance is looking for motivated, energetic Field Technicians who enjoy staying active, learning new skills, and being part of a team that actually values hard work. We’ve proudly served the Treasure Valley since 1976, and we’re growing fast.

Every day looks different here — one day you might be pressure washing a large commercial property, the next you’re restoring floors, cleaning windows high above the city, or bringing heavily soiled carpet back to life. If you enjoy variety, teamwork, and seeing instant results from your work, this could be the perfect fit.

You’ll perform a variety of specialty cleaning services for residential and commercial clients, including:

• Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
• Window Cleaning
• Construction Clean-Up
• Tile & Grout Cleaning
• Floor Care (Stripping, Waxing & Auto Scrubbing)
• Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning

You’ll work with professional equipment, learn valuable trade skills, and help deliver the kind of service our clients rave about.

A company vehicle is provided during work hours, but employees must have reliable transportation to and from our Caldwell office.

• $18–$22/hour DOE + tips
• Paid training provided
