** Job Description Summary
** Responsible for all maintenance and reliability functions from start to finish to include processing and packaging. Help support and coach the VeLOCity leads and other TM’s to identify and eliminate all causes of failure and ensure base condition and full useful life of all equipment assets on the line. Leads ensure all workers engaged in CIL’s, defect repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.

** Responsible for all maintenance and reliability functions from start to finish to include processing and packaging.  Help support and coach the VeLOCity leads and other TM’s to identify and eliminate all causes of failure and ensure base condition and full useful life of all equipment assets on the line.  Leads ensure all workers engaged in CIL’s, defect repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment.  

Provides technical and problem-solving support for the plant and maintenance crews. Coach team members on capturing work using the maintenance log as well as utilizing SAP system. Supports and executes plant specific maintenance strategies to achieve the plants CBN goals and overall maintenance performance KPI’s. Works closely with production to ensure schedules are met and all planned work is completed and communicated in a timely fashion.

Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards. Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities. Develop and implement daily job plans and communicate previous days performance against those plans to Maintenance Manager and Reliability Manager. Help support and coach line centric teams and veLOCity standards.  
** Position Responsibilities
** Leadership & Team Supervision
* Directly supervise maintenance mechanics supporting assigned areas.
* Assign daily work, set priorities, and manage Mechanic coverage across both lines.
* Conduct shift huddles, performance discussions, and routine check-ins with the team.
* Enforce all safety standards, including LOTO, PPE, hot work, and safe work procedures.
* Enforce Precision Maintenance practices on all jobs.
* Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to improve Mechanic skill levels.
* Support other Team Leaders across the facility.  Maintenance Operations
* Ensure timely completion of PMs, PdMs, and corrective maintenance for all equipment in assigned area.
* Review maintenance requests, prioritize based on criticality, and coordinate work to minimize production impact.
