Job Description

As aConcierge Agent at Fairmont, you are the face and heart of guest service, creating memorable and personalized experiences for every guest. You play a key role in providing information, recommendations, and assistance to ensure guests have an exceptional stay.

Position Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: $20.18/hour

Job

Duties Include:

Offer professional, consistent, friendly and engaging service

Ensure inter-departmental communication and cooperation in the interest of better guest satisfaction

Providing accurate information about activities and dining in the hotel and area

Offering assistance to all guests in making reservations and arrangements for travel, dining, special request and activities

Serve as a liaison for guests by providing information relating to all aspects of the hotel

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar environment will be an asset

Must possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skills

Good computer literacy (experience using Property Manager System preferred, and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel)

Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment
