Sales Coordinator

Position: Dynamic Sales Coordinator Role
Join the team as a Sales Coordinator, specializing in event logistics and guest satisfaction. Ensure flawless execution of group stays, meetings, and corporate events.
In this dynamic role, you will need 2-3 years’ experience in hospitality or events. Your responsibilities include coordinating requests for meetings and banquets while maintaining active communication with guests and vendors. You’ll also support revenue optimization efforts and help achieve sales objectives through effective event management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate event requests across departments.

• Follow up on room bookings and event details.

• Meet guests to discuss their event needs and provide direction.

• Act as a liaison between guests and food & beverage teams.

• Conduct operational meetings to relay critical information.
Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality, event coordination, or sales.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera PMS is beneficial.

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends based on event needs.
