This job is a full‑time, regular position beginning January 2026.

• Oversee and manage all dishwashing needs including sorting, pre‑washing, providing pre‑soak solution and bins, loading and unloading dishwasher, and proper storage of flatware, glassware, plateware, kitchen utensils and cooking ware.
• Clean kitchen equipment such as sinks, stoves and fridges.
• Ensure the floor is clean and dry at all times.
• Remove garbage and recycling to appropriate bins when needed.
• Unload food and other items and carry to proper storage areas as assigned.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• During non‑dishwashing duty periods, may be assigned to support the line‑cook team in any food prep or line production required.
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Previous kitchen experience is an asset.

• Comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working on feet for extended periods of time in both indoor and outdoor environments; prepared for all weather conditions (snow, rain, wind, hail).
