Viejas is San Diego’s newest Four Diamond Casino & Resort and we want you to be a part of it! We are looking for an experienced and talented person to join our Entertainment & Production Team as a Production Mechanic Assistant. You will have an opportunity to operate and maintain all water features at Viejas Casino, Resort, and Outlet Center and assist on any production of special projects needed.

Job functions include:

Maintaining all water features daily by inspecting, cleaning, and monitoring to make sure they are functioning correctly

Operating water feature cleaning and alignment, chemical filtration and organic filtration equipment

Assisting in water testing and maintenance and repair of all water feature systems

Assisting Production team with any special projects such as fabrication, loading/unloading equipment, lighting, sound, and media equipment

The ideal candidate will have:

2 years of hands-on experience

Aquatic Facility Operator Certificate is required

California driver license is required

Knowledge of proper chemical handling and usage

Plumbing experience and computer skills

Demonstrated knowledge of how to perform mechanical repairs
