Current Salary Range: $52,971.36 - $66,153.96 annually ($4,414.28 - $5,512.89 monthly; $25.47 - $31.80 hourly)

Salary Range Starting July 1, 2026: $54,813.84 - $68,454.97 annually ($4,567.82 - $5,704.58 monthly; $26.35 - $32.91 hourly)

The Streets Maintenance Worker will serve as a key member of the Public Works Department, assisting in the operational maintenance and repair of streets, sidewalks, and all City infrastructure. The role requires a “can do” attitude and a “get it done” approach in a fast‑paced environment while working closely with a team of City talent.

• Add value to the community by ensuring the safety of all infrastructure through preventative maintenance
• Assist in the continued maintenance of all city infrastructure to ensure repairs are handled safely and timely

• Education: Equivalent to a High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: Two years of street maintenance or construction experience
