UFC GYM - - Responsibilities:
Perform monthly OSHA safety checks as required on the OSHA / PM guidelines;
Conduct daily safety walk-throughs and maintenance inspections of all club areas;
Maintain maintenance log and follow up on issues with Operations Manager;
Procure repair parts, materials, tools, and equipment as needed;
Maintain history file on all equipment and perform preventative maintenance as directed
