# Cleaner## Job Introduction Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Cleaning Team who are based at a large housing site in Hinkley.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care..

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents.

The hours are 8am to 10.30am, Monday to Friday, 12.5 hours per week.

** Key responsibilities will include:
*** Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as lifts, stairs, courtyards, paths, grass etc. as per required contract specification.
* Removing any dumped refuse bags and household items to refuse chambers or other refuse areas.
* Checking communal lighting and replacing blown bulbs.
* Sweeping of hard surfaces and litter picking of soft surfaces.
* Cleaning windows within easy reach.
** Key requirements
*** Cleaning experience in a professional setting.
* Experience using cleaning machinery.
* Strong communication skills in order to speak with the residents.
