Overview

Lead maintenance excellence as a Reliability Specialist in Charlottetown, PEI. Focus on planning, execution, and improvement of maintenance activities at the facility.

This permanent, full time position reports to the Maintenance Manager. Your role requires a depth of experience in maintenance roles, particularly in preventative maintenance and equipment reliability processes. The effectiveness of cross‑functional collaboration with maintenance and operations teams will be key to minimizing equipment downtime.

• Maintain and schedule preventative maintenance effectively
• Prioritize maintenance activities across operations and engineering
• Analyze trends to enhance equipment reliability
• Implement initiatives to reduce maintenance costs
• Support troubleshooting for maintenance‑related issues

• 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
• Familiarity with CMMS systems is a plus
• Red Seal certification or engineering background as assets
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
