Covenant Living Communities - - Responsibilities:
Provide high quality skilled maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other environmental services;
Complete preventive and corrective maintenance and daily work orders;
Respond to emergency situations and on-call maintenance per department rotation;
Assist Maintenance Supervisor with coordination of Maintenance Department;
Read technical drawings and use IT to track and complete work orders
