ROUND VALLEY INDIAN TRIBES in Covelo, California is seeking a full-time Tribal Historic Preservation Officer (THPO) responsible for overseeing preservation projects and ensuring compliance with the law. The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive plans for historic preservation and maintain relationships with various governmental bodies.
Applicants should have at least a High School Diploma or GED and an AA Degree in a relevant field. A valid California driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening are necessary. Indian Preference is observed in hiring.
