Job Title:

Chargé d'entretien des locaux

Under the authority of the Service Maintenance Manager, the main duties include:

• Performing cleaning of surfaces (floors, walls, furniture, door wipes, door soaps, door toilet papers) across all community facilities.
• Dusting and disinfecting furniture.
• Checking the filling of door wipes, door soaps, and door toilet papers.
• Cleaning technical and specialized premises.
• Using automatic car wash and single brush equipment.
• Monitoring the cleanliness of premises and reporting malfunctions.
• Eliminating everyday waste.
• Maintaining and cleaning premises.
• Storing used equipment.
• Ensuring the closure of premises and the extinction of lights when leaving.
• Controlling the supply of materials and products for the sites to be maintained.
• Implementing surface treatment techniques: mechanized washing, high pressure.
• Checking the stock of cleaning products to anticipate orders.

Special features:

• Minor handling when resetting floors (small furniture).
• Shift work.
• Working in isolation.
• Standing, varied postures.
• Vibrations (single brush).
• Noise and full-height falls on wet floors.
• Removing spider webs when accessible.
• May be required to perform replacements in different structures of the commune.

Work schedule:

• Monday – Tuesday - Thursday – Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
• Wednesday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
• School vacation period from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
• Afternoon from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM depending on the schedule.

Legal basis:

Art. L332-8 disposition 2 of the general code of public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has succeeded. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
