Maintenance Technician

Under the supervision of the School Site Administrator or Designee, plans and performs a wide variety of skilled and semi-skilled carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, heating, and other building maintenance and repair tasks necessary to maintain facilities in a safe and satisfactory condition; performs a variety of custodial duties and associated recordkeeping necessary to support daily operation in a clean, orderly, and secure condition.
