Salary: $20.00 - $20.00 hourly (PT Maintenance) – Hiring immediately.

This position may include other locations in the same general area.

Resume must show Maintenance experience to be considered.

We are a storage facility company looking for a maintenance professional with hands‑on experience performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs. We are also looking for someone who demonstrates the ability to prioritize and plan various projects, as well as maintains a high level of productivity without direct supervision.

The right candidate must also have the following basic skills: some computer literacy, good customer service skills, can professionally resolve customer issues, and have the ability to walk the large facility throughout the day.

• Basic janitorial and maintenance duties, including basic building repair, mopping, sweeping, and cleaning
• Basic computer skills

• California Driver License with clean driving record
