Covenant Living Communities - - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work requests and preventive maintenance work orders as assigned by supervisor (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance);
Inspect facilities, systems and components for safety and cleanliness and identify repairs;
Use hand tools and small power tools and maintain equipment in safe operating condition;
Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise;
Be available for on-call schedule and assist with event setups, deliveries, and moves
