The Scion Group LLC is hiring an hourly Maintenance Technician II for an on-site role at our properties. You will respond to service requests, perform preventive maintenance, and prepare units for turnovers while ensuring safety and high quality service.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in maintenance, HVAC/EPA 608 certification, and a CPO or plan to obtain one. You will work with Entrata, CMMS, BAS, and other building systems daily.
