Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility. Duties include sweeping, mopping, removing debris and waste, cleaning work areas and equipment, and assisting with general labor tasks as needed. Operates a sit-down forklift to safely move materials, pallets, and supplies throughout the facility. Follows all company safety procedures and maintains a clean and hazard-free work environment.

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities maintenance experience is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Previous janitorial, custodial, warehouse, or manufacturing cleaning experience preferred Sit-down forklift experience required Knowledge of workplace safety procedures preferred

Job Duties Maintain a clean, safe, and organized manufacturing facility Sweep, mop, and clean production areas, workstations, and equipment Remove debris, waste, and recyclable materials throughout the facility Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials, pallets, and supplies safely Assist with general labor tasks as needed Inspect work areas and help maintain a hazard-free environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Support overall facility cleanliness and organization

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment. Ability to work in a variety of indoor environments while following established safety procedures.
