Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs;
Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists;
Manage materials by accessing supplies, tracking inventory, and notifying re-ordering needs;
Complete documentation and paperwork for service requests in a timely and accurate manner;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities (cleanup, painting, pressure-washing) and support cost-control efforts
