Show off your stewardship in one of the most beautiful resort destinations in the Lake Tahoe area and join our clean-team! Perform custodial duties including bathroom checks, trash runs, stocking supplies, and maintaining general resort cleanliness throughout the Base Area and its facilities.
Day or night-time shifts available!
- Perform daily cleaning, organizing and light maintenance operations inside lodges and facilities along with outdoor communal areas.
- Common duties include (but not limited to) vacuuming, dusting, mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, supply stocking, shoveling and trash removal.
- Assist with snow/ice removal operations when needed.
- Log daily supply inventory levels.
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas of cleaning products and equipment.
- Assist guests with basic resort knowledge about base-area layout, product knowledge and general operations.
- Contribute to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the resort and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
- Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
