Maintenance Supervisor

Cal Portland is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance activities at our mining and materials production facilities. You will plan, prioritize, and oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance for plant equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, managing contractors, and maintaining parts inventory. You will enforce safety and environmental standards, support continuous improvement, collaborate with operations on downtime reduction, and help drive Cal Portland's commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians in daily activities
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Coordinate and oversee contractors and service providers
• Maintain CMMS records, work orders, and equipment history
• Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets
• Collaborate with operations to reduce downtime and improve reliability
• Implement continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on procedures and safety
