Maintenance Associate Manager

As a Maintenance Associate Manager at ARAMARK, you will oversee day-to-day facilities and equipment upkeep within our accommodation and food service operations. You'll coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, assign and supervise technicians, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Partnering with operations leaders, you'll prioritize work orders, manage vendors, track inventory, and support budgeting. You will champion Aramark's culture of safety, teamwork, and service while driving continuous improvement in reliability and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to complete daily work orders and projects.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for facilities, kitchen equipment, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues and arrange specialized repair when needed.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
• Manage relationships with external contractors and service vendors.
• Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; support budget adherence and cost control.
• Use a CMMS or similar system to prioritize, track, and document maintenance activities.
• Partner with operations and food service leaders to minimize downtime and support guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on safe work practices, equipment use, and Aramark policies.
• Identify opportunities for process and reliability improvements across facilities operations.
