- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership

- Comfortable in a hands-on, active role
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or sanitation experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to safely work with cleaning products and follow safety procedures
- Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to learn and contribute as part of a team
- Flexible scheduling options with 4, 5, 6, or 8-hour shifts available Monday-Thursday
- No industrial experience required - paid training provided
