COTALAND is an amusement park with over 30 attractions and experiences, including first-of-their-kind roller coasters.

The Food & Beverage Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operation, administration, and operational readiness of assigned Food & Beverage locations throughout the theme park. This position serves as a key connection between Food & Beverage leadership, hourly team members, culinary operations, park operations, and support departments to ensure venues consistently deliver safe, efficient, high-quality food and beverage experiences.

The Coordinator is a hands‑on operational resource who assists with staffing, scheduling, training, inventory, guest service, food safety, cash and POS procedures, administrative reporting, facility readiness, and special events. The position requires an individual who can confidently move between office‑based administrative responsibilities and active, guest‑facing park operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions‑oriented, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining operational and financial standards.

• Assist with adjusting operational plans based on park attendance, weather, special events, business levels, and guest demand.
• Provide hands‑on operational support during peak periods, special events, holidays, and other high‑volume business periods.
• Maintain awareness of park‑wide operations and collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with onboarding and training of Food & Beverage Team Members.
• Monitor training progress and assist leadership in identifying additional training needs.
• Reinforce company standards, operating procedures, guest service expectations, food safety practices, and workplace safety requirements.
• Serve as an accessible resource for Team Members and assist with questions or operational concerns.
• Encourage teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and a positive workplace culture.
• Support leadership with communication of operational updates, policy changes, menu changes, promotions, and special‑event information.
• Recognize and communicate Team Member performance and guest‑service opportunities to leadership.
• Assist management with daily staffing assignments and deployment.
• Monitor staffing levels against attendance, forecasted business levels, special events, and operational needs.
• Assist with schedule changes, shift adjustments, call‑outs, and coverage needs.
• Review timekeeping and assist in identifying discrepancies or missing information.
• Support labor‑management initiatives by monitoring operational staffing and productivity.
• Communicate staffing concerns to the appropriate Food & Beverage leader.
• Support compliance with all applicable food safety, sanitation, health department, alcohol service, and company requirements.
• Assist with food safety inspections, corrective actions, documentation, and follow‑up.
• Support proper operation of POS systems and Food & Beverage technology.
• Maintain organized departmental files and records.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and other company systems to create reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation.
