Part-Time Estate Housekeeper | Rancho Santa Fe

A private estate in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Estate Housekeeper for approximately 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a high-end private residence and understand the level of care, discretion, consistency, and attention to detail required in an estate environment.

• Detailed cleaning and maintenance of the residence
• Careful cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing
• Proper care of fine furnishings, wood, stone, glass, and other specialty surfaces
• Laundry and ironing, including clothing, linens, and household textiles
• Changing and laundering bed linens
• Making beds to a high household standard
• Closet and drawer organization
• Keeping household supplies organized and stocked
• Maintaining a consistently clean, orderly, and guest-ready home
• Periodic deep-cleaning projects as needed
• Working carefully around fine furnishings, artwork, antiques, and personal belongings

• Prior estate-level or high-end private household experience required
• Strong knowledge of proper cleaning methods and care of fine surfaces and furnishings
• Excellent laundry and ironing skills
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized
• Dependable, discreet, trustworthy, and professional
• Able to work independently and maintain established household standards
• Strong professional references

Schedule:

Approximately 20 hours per week.
