Janitor, Maintenance​/Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning

Rantec Microwave Systems, Inc. seeks a reliable and detail oriented Full-Time Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, safety and overall presentation of our commercial and manufacturing facility. This position offers a stable 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday) with consistent daytime hours. You will be responsible for daily upkeep/cleaning and floor maintenance of the entire facility.

• General Cleaning: Clean, dust, vacuum, and empty trash receptacles throughout the entire facility daily. Windows as required.
• Sanitization: Clean and sanitize restrooms and break rooms on a daily basis to maintain health and safety standards.
• Stocking & Inventory: Replenish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and toilet seat covers as required. Maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Floor Care: Buff and wax floors as needed. Regularly sweep floors throughout the manufacturing area to safely remove aluminum chips and production debris.
• Safety & Reporting: Maintain awareness of facility conditions and promptly report any safety concerns, hazards, or broken/defective items.

• Proven experience as a janitor, custodian, or commercial cleaner.
• Experience operating floor buffers and waxing equipment is highly preferred.
• Ability to safely handle and manage cleaning chemicals and industrial supplies.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 10-hour shift.
