Building Maintenance- Janitorial

Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in various areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.

Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.

Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report any issues to management.

Assist with setting up and taking down furniture for events and meetings.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.

Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Respond promptly to cleaning requests and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in janitorial or building maintenance preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Flexible schedule and availability for occasional overtime or weekend work.
