Parent Coordinator
The district Pre-K Parent Coordinator is a contractual individual who provides support to the Wilson School Pre-K program. There are no set hours or days but typically work 1-2 days per month. Responsibilities include assisting during Pre-K screening, helping with parent-child activities, developing flyers advertising the program and distributing these flyers in local businesses and municipal buildings. Provide translation during these activities and could potentially provide parent workshops.
Other duties as assigned by administration.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and bilingual.
The position's functions require some agility to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and fine finger dexterity to enter information into the different school data systems. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
